Andrew joined Reeves Richarz LLP in October 2022. Andrew prides himself on being a strong advocate for clients by using a tough but fair approach to his files.
Andrew’s current practice focuses on insurance-related litigation of all forms, including the defence of auto/BI and statutory accident benefits claims, as well as property/casualty claims. He is also active in the firm’s subrogation recovery practice. Andrew has acted for both individual and institutional clients in many personal injury claims, including motor vehicle tort and occupier’s liability claims. He has over 10 years of knowledge and experience acting on both sides of those types of claims.
Andrew has appeared at all levels of court, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He has represented clients in various interlocutory proceedings, mediations, pre-trials, and settlement negotiations, highlighting his advocacy for clients.
Andrew was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Toronto Lawyers Association, and the South Asian Bar Association.
On a personal note, Andrew is an avid sports fan, always supporting the hometown Blue Jays, Raptors, and Leafs. He also enjoys reading true crime and mystery novels.
